Welcome to Trondheim Lindy Hop, where we celebrate the joy and energy of swing dancing! Our organization is dedicated to spreading the Lindy Hop culture throughout the city of Trondheim and beyond.

At Trondheim Lindy Hop, we offer courses and workshops for dancers of all levels, from complete beginners to advanced dancers. Our experienced and passionate instructors will guide you through the rhythms, steps, and figures of this exciting dance form, with an emphasis on technique, musicality, and partner communication.
In addition to our courses, we also organize regular dance parties and events where you can practice your moves, meet new people, and enjoy the vibrant community of swing dancers in Trondheim. Our events are open to everyone, regardless of age, background, or experience level.
